You cannot deny the strong correlation between dieting frequency and fat gain. Excessive restrictions during 'dieting' may lead to metabolic and hormonal adaptions that make regaining body fat more likely unless there is a plan in place.
We do things a little different.
Our clients learn how to eat to their nutritional requirements. We use a concept called flexible dieting.
The rundown is pretty simple. Based on your goals and progress we prescribe your daily calorie and macronutrient goals (protein, fats and carbohydrates) as well as fibre targets. The foods you choose and how you distribute them throughout the day is largely up to you and what works for YOU, however there are a few extra guidelines that we provide to help.
This may seem overwhelming initially but I promise you that after watching the videos in our members website it will be made a lot simpler and make perfect sense. Remember, it is my job as your coach to help you understand and implement our strategies, but unless you are willing to put the work in then working with me is not for you.
