Hi, I'm Steve Wootten, a Body Transformation Specialist in Bath!
I work with people of all abilities, from complete beginners to physique and Crossfit athletes. My favourite past times include doughnuts, eating out and lifting heavy objects. If I'm not in the gym you can usually find me at my favourite coffee shops in Kingsmead Square or Moorland Rd.
Health and fitness have been important to me for as long as I can remember. My parents have always put good food on the table and allowed us treats in moderation. Growing up in Jamaica I was lucky that a lot of my childhood involved running around outdoors with playing sports with friends.
Despite being active and skinny I’ve always suffered with confidence issues. Not long after joining my first gym I became addicted. In 2011 I qualified as a personal trainer and shortly after opened my own private training studio, Relentless Training in Bath.
Although an avid gym goer for nearly 10 years, the most radical changes in my own journey have come from implementing flexible dieting strategies in the run up to the UKDFBA Men’s Physique competition in 2015 (I took 2nd place).
My goal is to open your eyes to the world of flexible dieting and the importance of not just training hard, but eating to your own unique requirements to fit your body, lifestyle and goals.
